About Our Founder
LaRone Gardner is the founder of The National Society of Black Innovators LLC. Ever since he received that 160 in ONE ELECTRONIC PROJECT KIT at the age of 6, LaRone knew he wanted to be an engineer. Beholding to his dream of engineering, he pressed through college accumulating ideas and visions of what impact he would have on his community. LaRone began his career as a Quality Assurance Engineer, fulfilling his lifelong dream of becoming an engineer. Always seeing things as they can be and not as they are, LaRone would write down visions and ideas that came to him while driving, sitting in traffic, or in the shower. Thinking to himself, “There must be other engineers who do the same.” Realizing that there was no other place for black innovators to connect, collaborate, incubate, and bring their ideas to life; The National Society of Black Innovators LLC. was born.
